Is Pregnancy Possible Through non-ejaculatory sexual Activity?

Hi, my husband and I are trying to not get pregnant at the moment, however he rubbed his bare penis around the outside of my bare vagina, no ejaculation, and no penetration. I took plan b 40 hours later. It's now 5 days before my missed period (if I had a 28 day cycle, it's irregular though), I got a negative pregnancy test (first response 6 days sooner). However I have cramping near my ovaries and I have really bad anxiety... am I worrying for nothing?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Just rubbing on penis outside vagina dose not cause pregnancy.
To become pregnant penetrative sexual intercourse in fertile phase of period with or without ejaculation
Pregnancy test will give positive result 7 days after delayed period.
You took plan B pill after 40 hours. It is up to 80% effective in preventing pregnancy.
It is to early top tell about pregnancy.
Plan B pill also cause delayed in period by 1 to 2 weeks
If your period will delay by more than 2 weeks then only think about pregnancy.
Pain could be due to side effect of pill.
If it is not tolerable you can take tablet meftal spas
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
